Perfectly simple in effect, yet altogether smart and modish, in this good-looking spring and summer street dress developed in striped violence or faille, with just a bit of plain hemstitched handkerchief linen for the frill at the neck. The blouse is a surplice style in the drop-shoulder line, and the three-gored skirt has an oddly shaped tunic over it.
